OUR POLICY
This document ("Privacy Policy") describes the privacy policy of the Outdoor City Challenges platform and intends to communicate to the holders of personal data that the company treats, has treated or may come to treat (hereinafter referred to as "HOLDERS"), as well as to the community in general, your personal data processing practices.
We tried to make the wording clear, with information divided into blocks, in order to facilitate reading, but, in case of doubt, please contact us.
PERSONAL DATA
Information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly ("data subject"); an identifiable person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, identification number, location data, identifiers electronically or to one or more specific elements the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that individual.
TREATMENT
Any operation or set of operations carried out on personal data or on personal data sets, by automated or non-automated means, such as the collection, registration, organization, structuring, conservation, adaptation or alteration, recovery, consultation, use, dissemination by transmission, broadcast or any other form of availability, comparison or interconnection, limitation, deletion or destruction.
LIMITATION OF TREATMENT
The insertion of a mark in the personal data kept in order to limit its future processing.
SUBCONTRACTING PARTY
A natural or legal person, a public authority or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the person responsible for processing it.
CONSENT OF THE DATA HOLDER
Consent of the data subject, an expression of will, free, specific, informed and explicit, by which the data subject accepts, by means of an unequivocal positive statement or act, that the personal data that concern him / her are subject to processing.
1 - PERSONAL CUSTOMER DATA
The personal data of the customers of the Outdoor City Challenges Platform are processed because they are necessary to conclude contracts, provide the service, manage the system where the data is stored and consultable, control information security and comply with legal requirements. Registration on the site will involve the creation of navigation profiles and recording of order and purchase history, in order to offer the customer relevant information and promotions. The data are further processed with a view to pursuing legitimate interests of the OUTDOOR CITY CHALLENGES PLATFORM, which may include various communications related to marketing and sales, although the HOLDER may object to this, as described in point 4.
2 - DEADLINE FOR DATA PROCESSING
Personal data are kept for different periods of time, depending on the nature of the HOLDER's relationship with the OUTDOOR CITY CHALLENGES PLATFORM and the purpose for which the data was collected, always respecting legal requirements. As soon as the grounds for collecting the data cease, they will be deleted, unless legally required to preserve them.
3 - SUBCONTRACTING ENTITIES AND OTHER WITH DATA ACCESS
Personal data can be accessed by subcontracting entities of the OUTDOOR CITY CHALLENGES PLATFORM for the purposes of billing, order delivery, accounting or legal support purposes, among others, discriminated against the holder prior to its treatment and only under his conscious authorization, said entities responsible for adopting measures to ensure the privacy and security of personal data, and to guarantee the preservation and fulfillment of the rights of its HOLDERS.
The data may also be accessed by administrations and public bodies whenever required by tax, labor, judicial, or any other applicable regulations.
4 - RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA HOLDER
The HOLDER has the right to access, change, limit treatment, portability and erase his personal data, all of which is possible through the client area or by contacting the OUTDOOR CITY CHALLENGES PLATFORM via general email @ corporate.com. The OUTDOOR CITY CHALLENGES PLATFORM commits itself to inform the HOLDER of personal data of any failure or breach of data security, as soon as possible, as well as to make every effort to resolve the situation with diligence.
Despite the request of the OUTDOOR CITY CHALLENGES PLATFORM, the HOLDER of personal data is fully entitled to submit a direct complaint to a supervisory authority.
