OUR POLICY

This document ("Privacy Policy") describes the privacy policy of the Outdoor City Challenges platform and intends to communicate to the holders of personal data that the company treats, has treated or may come to treat (hereinafter referred to as "HOLDERS"), as well as to the community in general, your personal data processing practices.

1 - PERSONAL CUSTOMER DATA
The personal data of the customers of the Outdoor City Challenges Platform are processed because they are necessary to conclude contracts, provide the service, manage the system where the data is stored and consultable, control information security and comply with legal requirements. Registration on the site will involve the creation of navigation profiles and recording of order and purchase history, in order to offer the customer relevant information and promotions. 3 - SUBCONTRACTING ENTITIES AND OTHER WITH DATA ACCESS

4 - RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA HOLDER
The HOLDER has the right to access, change, limit treatment, portability and erase his personal data, all of which is possible through the client area or by contacting the OUTDOOR CITY CHALLENGES PLATFORM via general email @ corporate.com. The OUTDOOR CITY CHALLENGES PLATFORM commits itself to inform the HOLDER of personal data of any failure or breach of data security, as soon as possible, as well as to make every effort to resolve the situation with diligence.

The HOLDER may request to limit the processing of his personal data, including the definition of profiles, whenever he considers the treatment unlawful or dispensable. 4.2 - ON THE RIGHT TO DELETE PERSONAL DATA IN PARTICULAR
The HOLDER may request the deletion of his personal data from the PLATFORM OUTDOOR CITY CHALLENGES systems, whenever this does not contradict any legal obligation. 5 - SAFETY MEASURES
OUTDOOR CITY CHALLENGES PLATFORM is committed to putting in place the technical and organizational measures at its disposal to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, dissemination or access namely when the treatment implies its transmission by network, and against any other form of illicit treatment.
