OUR POLICY

This document ("Privacy Policy") describes the privacy policy of the Outdoor City Challenges platform and intends to communicate to the holders of personal data that the company treats, has treated or may come to treat (hereinafter referred to as "HOLDERS"), as well as to the community in general, your personal data processing practices.

1 - PERSONAL CUSTOMER DATA
The personal data of the customers of the Outdoor City Challenges Platform are processed because they are necessary to conclude contracts, provide the service, manage the system where the data is stored and consultable, control information security and comply with legal requirements. The HOLDER may request the deletion of his personal data from the PLATFORM OUTDOOR CITY CHALLENGES systems, whenever this does not contradict any legal obligation. 5 - SAFETY MEASURES
