1 - PERSONAL CUSTOMER DATA
The personal data of the customers of the Outdoor City Challenges Platform are processed because they are necessary to conclude contracts, provide the service, manage the system where the data is stored and consultable, control information security and comply with legal requirements. Registration on the site will involve the creation of navigation profiles and recording of order and purchase history, in order to offer the customer relevant information and promotions. The data are further processed with a view to pursuing legitimate interests of the OUTDOOR CITY CHALLENGES PLATFORM, which may include various communications related to marketing and sales, although the HOLDER may object to this, as described in point 4.
2 - DEADLINE FOR DATA PROCESSING
Personal data are kept for different periods of time, depending on the nature of the HOLDER's relationship with the OUTDOOR CITY CHALLENGES PLATFORM and the purpose for which the data was collected, always respecting legal requirements. As soon as the grounds for collecting the data cease, they will be deleted, unless legally required to preserve them.
3 - SUBCONTRACTING ENTITIES AND OTHER WITH DATA ACCESS
Personal data can be accessed by subcontracting entities of the OUTDOOR CITY CHALLENGES PLATFORM for the purposes of billing, order delivery, accounting or legal support purposes, among others, discriminated against the holder prior to its treatment and only under his conscious authorization, said entities responsible for adopting measures to ensure the privacy and security of personal data, and to guarantee the preservation and fulfillment of the rights of its HOLDERS.

4 - RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA HOLDER
The HOLDER has the right to access, change, limit treatment, portability and erase his personal data, all of which is possible through the client area or by contacting the OUTDOOR CITY CHALLENGES PLATFORM via general email @ corporate.com. The OUTDOOR CITY CHALLENGES PLATFORM commits itself to inform the HOLDER of personal data of any failure or breach of data security, as soon as possible, as well as to make every effort to resolve the situation with diligence.
Despite the request of the OUTDOOR CITY CHALLENGES PLATFORM, the HOLDER of personal data is fully entitled to submit a direct complaint to a supervisory authority.
4.1 - ON THE RIGHT TO LIMIT THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN PARTICULAR
The HOLDER may request to limit the processing of his personal data, including the definition of profiles, whenever he considers the treatment unlawful or dispensable. The OUTDOOR CITY CHALLENGES PLATFORM has a duty to analyze the situation and can only reject access to the request if it is found that its legitimate reasons prevail over those of the data subject.
4.2 - ON THE RIGHT TO DELETE PERSONAL DATA IN PARTICULAR
The HOLDER may request the deletion of his personal data from the PLATFORM OUTDOOR CITY CHALLENGES systems, whenever this does not contradict any legal obligation. The request must be made through the personal area or by contacting the OUTDOOR CITY CHALLENGES PLATFORM through the email email@example.com.
5 - SAFETY MEASURES
OUTDOOR CITY CHALLENGES PLATFORM is committed to putting in place the technical and organizational measures at its disposal to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, dissemination or access namely when the treatment implies its transmission by network, and against any other form of illicit treatment. Security procedures were adopted that follow best practices in terms of information security, namely the use of firewalls and intrusion detection systems, the existence of restricted accesses - physical and logical -, the logging of operations (logging) and respective monitoring and auditing, the collection and transmission of personal data through secure means.
